Blakelee Sutton, News Editor
Blakelee is serving as Featured News Editor for the Red&Black in the 2019-2020 school year. He is a senior and incredibly excited to be a part of yet another successful year in the school newspaper.
He has had a passion for writing for a very long time, that passion is one of the many things that makes the school paper so fascinating and fun for him. Not only that, but Blakelee loves the idea of reporting the various interesting things around the school and community. He wants to give a voice to the voiceless, and the paper allows him to do just that.
Blakelee has many hobbies that he occupies his time with. He loves movies and enjoys writing reviews in the paper that share his thoughts on whatever he watches. He also has the music taste of a 45-year-old man, and he isn’t the least bit ashamed about it. He participates in the school and community theatre productions and loves acting in them.
Blakelee is incredibly enthusiastic for the 2019-2020 school year and can’t wait to continue the great work that he and his staff provided previously. He hopes to make his last year on staff the best it can be!
