“The off-season is the most important part of year for every athlete. It’s the best chance to get a real edge in your competition going into the regular season. I normally start my day at 5 A.M. lifting, then run after school, followed by one last lift session directly after running. When I’m not working out, I try and eat as many calories as possible, so that I don’t burn out.”
